Some examples of Hyderabadi Urdu usage, some usage is considered slang.

baigan ke baal	teaser - when trying to hold someone accountable	baigan ke baal… yeh waqat hai aaneka?
baigan ku bolo	i don't care; denial	baigan ku bolo… apan nahin kartay wo kaama!
bhot bolra re inay	he's bluffing too much	bhot phek ra re inay
birbaboti	the red bug that comes out after it rains. red dirt mites	birbaboti khareed ta re?
bodka	bald	aray wo bodka?
bolay to	what do you mean?	ye bolay to?
boonga	dragon fly or bumble bees	boongey ki dum ku taga bano
bushatt	shirt	kya bushatt hai, ustaad! chamak rein! and Chindian bhushat hai ustad
chaddi	shorts	ye tholay ki chaddi dekho, kya kadak istari kara dekho!
chaklay lagna	to be destroyed	baarish aisi tez hui, poori colony ke chaklay lag gaey
chatri	literal meaning: umbrella; usage: to be defeated	exam ka paper dekh ke, apni to chatri hogayi
cheen bolnaa	sound of a mouse before dying	une tere uppar baita to cheen bolna
cheepda	booger	wo cheepday ku dekho!
chindi	literal meaning - small piece of cloth. but can also be used for many different things, ofcourse.	chindi potta maaru
chindiyaan	literal meaning - small pieces of cloth (usually left after tailoring). is used in many different scenarios. ex - someone looking or did something great.	chindiyan dikhre ustad tum. chindiyan kardere tum to. maar ke chindiyan kardiya usku.
chippakh	destroyed	mehdipatnum pe accident hua tha miyan, chippakh hogayi thi gaadi
chirandi	a weird smell (can't describe the smell)...but usually if junk food is left for many days has this smell	chiraandi bo aari
chittad	butt	seedha chittad pe padi baap goli
dabake	with full force	kya dabake biryani khaya yaroon!
dhaar maarna	to pee	zara rukh re bhai - dhaar maarke aataun…
dhappa	hitting someone on gudhdhi (see gudhdhi)	ek dhappa detaon
dichcha	hit with the head	dichcha maru?
dikh	dikh is cancer ( i guess), usually parents say this when their kids are a real pain	meri jaan ku dikh karke rakhdiya yeh potta
duddi	where cows are milked	zara duddi ku jaake aadha litre dood leke to aao, miyaan!
double ka mittha	a dessert that is made from bread and milk	kya biryani, ka double ka mittha dabaya yaaro shaadi mein…
ghaleez	referred to something that is dirty, ugly, or any adjective related to 'bad'	ghaleez surat ka hai une. ghaleez badboo aari. ghaleez salan banaye
gudhdhi	back part of your neck	ek gudhdhi pe detaon
haat dena	ditched someone.	usku aataon bolke haat dediya mai.
haatan hilatay way thaire	standing in one place not doing anything.	haatan hilaleteve kaiku thaira miyan, yaan pe aake thodi madad karo
hau	yes	hau re bhai
haula	lunatic	abbey haule, dekh ke chala gaadi!
hazath	hazrath	zara hazath, dene ka bolo na?
hendra	a stupid person	kaisa hendra hai re une
jhapad	slap	jhapad khata?
kaala vaddar	a dark person	kale vaddar ku nai dete hum beti
kaan bhairi or just bhairi	slap usually includes some part of the ear	ek kaanbhairi detaon, din mein taare dikhte phir!
kachcha	something getting wet	kapde kache hogaye
keel paad ke	with a lot of effort	keel paad ke dhakle tho gaadi aagey gayi

khaali peeli	needlessly	Khaali peeli ke ammi daante yaaro
khaapit	expert	itta bakwaas karta, apne aap ku khaapit samajhta
kandhe pe bithaye to kaan mein mootra	a rough example: I let him sit at my table and he starts drinking from my glass. (literal meaning: (I) made him sit on my shoulder; now he's peeing in my ear.)	???
kheenchna	eating too much	khubani ka meetha kheecha mein
kiraak	crack	kiraak budda hai re unhe. kaise kiraak hai re tumhare bawa.
kirrr karna	when you get mad, you could say meri "kirrrr" kari	usku dekhtaich kirrr karti
kundh	dumb/not smart	kundh dimaagh hai re tera
kuttay ki dum	dogs tail	kya haircutting hai be teri, kutte ki dum dikhri
kuttay ki jhopdi	mushrooms	kutte ki jhopdi main chupjao
peykhana	loo or feces	une peykhana saaf kari dehko.
putti (female) / putta (male)	girl, boy	kese chalri putti dehko; voich putta hai.
